St. Peter’s Church is the most important papal basilica and probably the largest church in the world and the center of Catholicism.

Access by “Via della Conciliazione” is awe-inspiring. The Vatican is close to "Borgo Pio" the old quarter and that offers enchanting corners.

In easy walking distance are Navona Square, Campo dei Fiori, the Pantheon and other points of interest like the Coliseum and the Imperial Forums are very well connected by subway.
